Organic Elegance at the Brazilian Room

Elizabeth and Kieran’s wedding at the Brazilian Room was a quiet study in balance—where the organic beauty of a botanical garden met the rustic ease of a late summer harvest. Their vision called for floral design that felt deliberate, sculptural, and deeply rooted in the landscape, blending clean lines with soft, textured forms.

The bridal bouquet was composed with intention: calla lilies, anthuriums, orchids, and wildflowers in muted whites, shaped to carry depth, movement, and structure. Finished with a silk ribbon, it echoed the natural grace of the season.

For the ceremony, overgrown floral structures were placed atop white pedestals, creating a grounded, architectural focal point. Cascading amaranthus, love-in-a-puff, layered greenery, and textured white blooms moved together with delicate wildflowers to frame the setting without overtaking it. Textured aisle markers, composed of lotus pods, limelight hydrangeas, and wild botanicals, drew the eye inward, connecting the entrance to the ceremony’s central design.

I was obsessed with my bridal bouquet and love love loved the table arrangements!! Alisa immediately understood the vibe I wanted (big flowy arrangements for the ceremony and still life-inspired tablescapes) and absolutely nailed it. I also appreciate her transparency about pricing and what she could offer within our budget.

The reception design echoed the same restraint and artistry. Round banquet tables held Ikebana-inspired centerpieces set in wide ceramic trays—still-life compositions of florals, seasonal fruits, soft pearls, and trailing silk bows. The result was a contemporary interpretation of a harvest gathering: natural, textural, and quietly striking.

Each floral element served to enhance the space, never overpower it. The final atmosphere felt elevated, unforced, and distinctly reflective of Elizabeth and Kieran’s understated, modern sensibility.
